It is almost moving time!

I am so excited about moving the store and it will all be happening next week. My husband and friends put the counter in and slat wall up last night while I had a crop. I can't wait to go and look at it after I close today. I will do some cleaning tonight and next week we will be moving all the racks and other equipment.

The new baby is home and keeping Mom and Dad awake, but it is getting better for them. We know who is the boss of the house now! I went out the other morning and got some spoiling time in since I am going to be busy this week.

Be sure to check out my good friend Lori's awesome blog. She has created a couple really cute cards and you will see lots of cool stuff coming from her. Go to and watch her blogposts.

Have a super weekend and happy scrappin'.

New layout and new granddaughter

Things are a little busy getting ready for the moving of my store, but we had to take time out and enjoy the birth of our new granddaughter, Peyton. She was born June 22 and weighed 7lbs 10 oz. She has a head full of brown hair. Now we have two beautiful granddaughters and our handsome grandson. We are so blessed to be able to spoil them and send them home!!!LOL

Peyton just a few minutes after her birth.
This is a layout I did for Whimsical Scraps and Bugs. This is my grandson Cameron body surfing while on vacation in Mrytle Beach last week. Love the new Life's a Beach Cricut cartridge.

Just a few new things!

Just a few new things to show you . Be sure to stop over to my friends at Whimiscal Scraps and Bugs and see all the challenge projects for this time. This is my card and bag for this challenge. Lots of great Father's Day ideas for you to look at.
This is a Disney autograph book I made using Mickey and Friends cartridge.
That time of year for the pool pictures and we got a couple of the grandson who had to get in the water even though it was slightly chilly! This is Karen Foster papers and stickers.

This is the calendar page for the month. I saw this layout and scraplifted it. I added some of my own touches, but loved the design. It is nice to scraplift once in awhile.....especially when I am soooo behind in projects.

My room is finally ready...well almost!

My room has been completely remodeled and it is almost finished. We have a few more finishing touches to complete. My husband and I have torn out a fireplace and mantle, put all new drywall, crown molding, painting and a new floor. It took two weeks working in the evenings, but we are pleased how it turned out.
We took out a mantle and fireplace here. I am going to put a quote above this wall. I have my cricut and cuttlebug here and those drawers are full of stuff!
Here is a 8 ft counter and I love having all the work space. I am adding another Making Memories wall cabinet which will get the rest of the jars off the counter.

Here are some of the jet max cubes and I got a board at Lowe's so my tv and dvr can set on it.

My husband made these shelves for my stamps. I had a few more wood stamps than space so he made the second one! All the clear stamps are in boxes below the counter.

This is a 4 ft counter space to do my stamping on. I like having a place to make cards.

Paper rack in front of the bay window. I have enough paper to fill a second one too!

There was a old press here and we took off the door and made it into a wall unit for my albums. It look like it was just built into the wall.

More cubes and my collection of cricut cartridges. My husband build the shelf too.
