Some new cards!

I haven't practiced my Copic marker technique that we learned at our first class for a few days so I thought I better get to it since my teacher (Hi Lori) will be checking to see if I am doing anything before our next class. She gave us our colors for the next class so I thought I would try them out and I had a couple other purples and forgot to write down which ones I used. I will do better next time. I know these star lilies are not this color, but it is my card so I can do what I want!!! I have two cards done and have been working on my granddaughters first birthday pages this week and need to get my room back in order. Hope you enjoy this cards and I am a work in progress with these Copics!!!

New Challenge card

Mary over to Paper Cutz is having a challenge #55 to do anything you want either card or layout. I needed a kids birthday card and this was a fast and easy one to do. I love the Mickey cartridge.

Some scrapbook pages I have been working on lately.

It has been a long time since I could just sit and scrap, but for the last couple days it has been wonderful. I think I have completed 12-14 pages. I am very far behind and here are a few of the pages. I am trying to finish my granddaughter Mary-Kate's 2008 album...told you I was behind. The cricut makes it so much fun to work on pages.

Another Copic Card

I did another practice card today and got notice my other colors shipped so in a couple days I should have some more colors to play with. I will need to go through my stamps and find some great images to practice coloring. For this card I used pattern paper from Bo Bunny, cardstock from Bazzill, Georgia Pacific for the card base, ribbon from Gina K and the copic markers I used were B00-frost blue, B01-mist blue, andB02 Robins egg blue along with G14 Apple green and G21 Lime Green.

Finally to some crafting!!!

The cleaning is done and the yardsale is over, my scraproom has been cleaned, reorganized and everything back in its place! Now I am getting down to some crafting. I whipped up a few scrapbook pages today because I am way behind, but lots more to do and some pictures maybe tomorrow. Last night I took my first Copic marker class. I am a little intimidated by these markers, but I am really going to master it before it is over. Below is my first card I did today using what few markers I have. I ordered 12 more today so next week my color choice will be better. Thanks to my friend Lori for teaching our class and can't wait till the next one!!!

I used scraps on this card. I used some papers from My Minds Eyes, my spellbinder dies and a stamp from Rubber Stampede.
