Some Trick or Treat Boxes

I have some special little ones who will be coming to go trick or treat this weekend and made them some special boxes for their treats. I bought some green take out boxes from Walmart and just decorated them. I made the others out of pattern cardstock Halloween paper. I also made some for my granddaughter Peyton's friends she goes to daycare with. I did a glass jar etching some cute Halloween designs and filled it with candy for her caregiver too. I love making things for the little ones and will be getting ideas ready for Christmas next!

SOUS Autumn Mini Album Swap

I recently participated in a Mini Autumn Album Swap over at Stuck On U Sketches. My partner was Tonya Allen and she sent me a beautiful album along with lots of fun embellishments to add to it. We just went to the orchard last week so I have tons of great pictures to add to this beautiful album. She also sent me a little Autumn note pad which is being used right now! Thanks so much Tonya for this album and being my partner and thanks to SOUS for this swap!

Challenge # 64 At Paper Cutz

Your challenge this week at Paper Cutz is to make a Halloween card, layout or paper craft using stars, circles, diamonds or cresents and any colors you like! I decided to make a Halloween page that I will use after next weeks Trick or Treat for the grandchildren. I used the cartridge Happy Hauntings. I love this cartridge. The cardstock is Bazzill and the pattern paper is some Basic Grey I had in my stash. Come and join us this week for the challenge! I also entered this layout in the challenge this week over at Fantabulous Cricut for their weekly challenge. I entered this page in Paper Issues and Cooking with the Cricut Halloween Challenge too.

Challenge #63 at Paper Cutz

This is my entry this week for the Design Team over at Paper Cutz. Come and join us for a anything goes challenge where you can make a card, layout or paper craft. Just follow my link above and join in this week. All entries must be posted on the site by Thursday evening. For this project I used a Peachy Keen stamp, my spellbinder dies and a stamp from DRS designs for the sentiment. My paper was from an old Halloween pack I got at Big Lots last year. I made the cute treat box from a you tube video tutorial I watched a while back. It was super simple!

My Cards this week.

This card is from my Copic class this week that my friend Lori over at SaintsRule Scrappin Corner taught this week. She designed the card and we colored it. I can only credit myself for the coloring and putting the card together, not the design. Lori gets all the credit on this one. Be sure to check out her blog by clinking on the link above.
This is a cute card I did with Mini Monsters and used PeachyKeen Stamps for the face. I also used a $1 stamp for the sentiment and the bat was a studio g stamp both came from Michaels several years ago.

This is a birthday card I made with scraps and I used Lacy Labels for the front piece and a $1 stamp I got at Michaels a long time ago for the Happy Birthday. I also used a Martha Stewart punch for the border on the side.

Paper Cutz Challenge #62

This weeks challenge at Paper Cutz is to use the colors red, black, and white on either a card, layout or paper craft. I did this photo box and photo holder for my entry. I used bazzill cardstock, red, black, and white papers from Recollections, Michaels, and a jewel from my stash. I used velcro dots to hold the photo holder shut. This was a great project and did not take anytime. You can always find photo boxes cheap and you can do it anyway you like. Click on the link on the name and join us in this weeks challenge.

Our challenge this week at Paper Cutz is to use three pattern papers to create a layout, card, or other paper craft. I enjoyed this challenge because I love mixing patterns. Come on over to Paper Cutz and join in our challenge. I can't wait to see what you come up with! Just click on the name above and it will get you to the site. Good luck with your project.
